While this will be a version of the Gold Meditation we will still be working with Gold Energy I was also guided to introduce you to one of the mystics with this meditation.
The energy right now has some spiritual intruders and if you are sensitive you've probably noticed:
~ Higher anxiety
~ Weird dreams (weird creatures, anxiety dreams, etc)
~ You might feel scattered, cluttered energy
So with this meditation I'm going to add in some techniques to help balance your energy. It will be designed to offer more protection as well as balance your energy, ending with aligning to higher frequency energy for manifestation etc.
Plus, I will do an energy report at the beginning as usual. :)
During this guided meditation class we will be working with a very powerful gold energy meditation, there will be added energetic frequencies we will work with:
THE GOLD MEDITATION:
CLEARING YOUR AURA & ENERGETIC FIELD ~ Working with white and purple frequencies to clear your energy and auric fields. Which helps with protection, and spiritual attachments.
BALANCING & ALIGNING YOUR ENERGETIC FREQUENCY ~ Working with gold frequencies to balance your energetic body and align your spiritual body with a newer higher frequency energy. Which affects your spiritual and physical bodies, as well as energetic health.
ADJUSTING YOUR ENERGETIC ECO SYSTEM TO ALIGN WITH UNIVERSAL ENERGIES ~ Working with gold frequencies you will also adjust your energetic eco system to align with the newer higher universal energies. BALANCE ~ Working with a mystic as they use blue energy with gold frequencies to help adjust your health and healing frequencies.
MYSTIC TECHNIQUE FOR PROTECTION ~ Working with a mystic as they use pink energy and lavender frequencies to calm anxiety and offer protection from low frequency spiritual energies.
EXPANSION ~ Working with pink energy and gold frequencies to expand to your loved ones and those in your core circle. This will help to balance your energetic eco system as well as give them a boost with spiritual alignment.
MANIFESTATION ~ Working with gold frequencies to enhance abundance by aligning your money frequencies and money Chi with higher vibrational energy. Removing any "blocks", amplifying the flow, and aligning it with the Universal Energy.
